Concesco Green Tree Mortagage Comp. first time buyers in 2000,we got stuck with a interest rate that grew for the first three years. St.Paul Minnesota

We financed with Concesco in 2000. Putting our home on my in-laws land that was supposed to be ours.As first time home buyers we got sucked into a high interest rate that grew the first 3 years. our payments are really high and we never have extra money. concesco has harressed us for three years calling seven days a week. saying hurtful things and asking personel things that has nothing to do with the payment. ninety percent of the time consenco starts calling before the payment is really due. we can't re-finance they have no refinance department. we only learned they don't have this department after we financed our modualar home. We can't go any where else cause the land we live on is not in our name. If we only knew what we were getting into when we bought our home. Or shall i say conseco's home. we are for sure stuck we can't sell or re financed. we been paying on this home for almost four years. But by looking at the principle amount you can't tell. our payments are 912.06 month. we have three kids all in school so it's really hard to make ends meet.we can't let the home go back our credit would be gone. please any one who may have advice.
