Concord Autoplex In Irving RIPOFF will not refund warranty cancellation amount of $1200. Irving Texas

I was not correctly explained the Warranty for the car. The amount of the Warranty was not the amount I saw on my Loan. Not even 1 week later I cancelled the Warranty (Oct)and to this day (last day of Dec) I still not recieved refund. Warranty company sent refund amount to Concord and deposited into there acount instead of mailing to Credit Union. Trying to contact them they either put me to voice mail, no one knows what I am talking about. To be a Proffesional establishment they need to be more aware of the things happening in there dealership. I would complain to the BBB but they were revoked in May of 05 due to, to many complaints.Imagine that!!!! I am happy with the car but the attitudes and attention I am getting to resolve this matter is not Professional in any way. All I am asking for is what is mine. The Warranty is cancelled and I am owed the @1200. dollars since I no longer have there service. Mike the manager has No clue to what is going on and everyone seems like they need Faushi to be able to answer anything. I would not recommend the establishment not due to the vehicles but to the management and the lack of Proffesionalism.
