Campus President Gerald Parr requires serious basic and executive level Leadership and Supervisory Training on how to morally respect, motivate, lead, encourage, and retain his employees. I worked for him but was only employed a short period of time. It is highly shameful for him to communicate his Christian beliefs when his supervisory treatment of his employees were highly micromanaging in nature. This practice is NOT effective in any workplace. This practice develops employees to feel untrusted and incapable. And just in case you think he only treated low skilled employees this way. No, he treated ALL of his employees in this manner. He believes, as he's stated to some employees, that he doesn't feel he's in control during his meetings unless he slams his hands on the table. In addition, he has yelled at employees, in the presence of students and other employees; he has ignored employees; and has practiced inaction or a lack of effective and appropriate intervention to handle festering employee conflicts; which only grew in significance.

However, it's not quite surprising as I witnessed, during a telephone conference with headquarter executives and the president, one of the executives dehumanize him with a public statement, treating this 60+ year old man as he was a child basically asking him if he could keep his mouth shut about a particular topic.

Leadership starts at the top and trickles down to middle managers. If the treatment is negative, as in this case, some middle managers/directors will adopt this behavior and their assigned subordinates will and suffered.

They are now experiencing a latest attrition of the president's administrative assistant who quit yesterday, while time sheets and monthly supply/textbook orders (of some sort) were due today.

Mr. Parr, those who employees remain with you are either new or fearful to make any waves or are quietly seeking new employees. OR support your way of leadership and supervision.

YOU should be ashamed. Job Applicants: DO NOT APPLY HERE if you respect yourself and want to treated likewise. Otherwise, if you don't mind working in a cult-like atmosphere where employees are not allowed to discuss their discontentment on the job nor communicate about their disappointments, then give him a call for a slave job; and you'll be treated without dignity and respect!!!

Prospective students, do not waste your money attending Concorde with their highly exaggerated tuition prices. You can get higher quality college education at your traditional public and private colleges and universities. Also, there may be other reputable proprietary colleges around but you must research very deeply into their current and former staff. If you need to do all of that, traditional college education is the way to go. At least your dollar will go much further and employers will recognize and accept your diplomas and degrees.

This section of my original March 31, 2011 report, listed below:

Prospective students, do not waste your money attending Concorde with their highly exaggerated tuition prices. You can get higher quality
college education at your traditional public and private colleges and universities. Also, there may be other reputable proprietary colleges
around but you must research very deeply into their current and former staff. If you need to do all of that, traditional college education is
the way to go. At least your dollar will go much further and employers will recognize and accept your diplomas and degrees.

The poor leadership of one Campus President has not negatively affected the overall quality of programs the Concorde organization offers. Therefore,my narrative section listed above is retracted.

Thank you!
