 After spending $17,000 for the spraying of foam for an underground space, the job was poorly done. The space still leaks. I have large buckets throughout the space to catch the large amounts of water that pour down. I can't say that the customer service is bad, because it really is non existent. A call to the company never gets a human, you just get an answering machine. The chance of a return call is extremely rare. When you do get one, they say they will check on it and that is the last you will hear from them. I am sure there are companies that take pride in the job that they do and follow up if there are problems, Concrete Crawlspaces is not one of them. A large price tag for a shoddy job.
