I was elated to get this chance to see where my markers lie, for not only myself but my children, most importantly.
The info they sent along with the swabs, etc. said "Results can be obtained in one week". HA!
I mailed it 5/15....today is 5/30. Now I taught for 35 years and the Math just doesn't jive.
After NUMEROUS attempts to e mail them, I still have NO information available to me.
In their OWN flyer, it states "Log in and get your results within a week of mailing". Those are THEIR words!!! If this isn't false advertising I don't know what is. It has been an emotional roller coaster waiting for their response.
My daughter should get her money back! I'd be better off going to a woman with a crystal ball.
If YOU are a victim of this, FYI... I am contacting the Attorney General. They need to go DOWN !!!
