Ross Hamilton, the CEO of Connected Investors is a blunt liar.  Recently he launched a free webinar called Really Flip claimed to provide investors with motivated seller leads without spending market and advertising dollars on his website - Connected Investors.

He claimed his website provided all-in-one service for real estate investors looking for seller leads and cash buyers.  I heard him saying in his webinar that he provided 100% satisfaction guarantee and that after the 30 days you will be charged for about $37 per month, to continue using his service.

He claimed his feature Deal Dog provides motivated seller leads from various websites which are private sellers, shadow inventory from banks and many more.

It sounds too good to be true it is.  I paid for $297 to test his service.  On date 4th I opened up his website and checked out the Deal Dog feature, and found 99.95% of listings are from Craiglist's, the remaining from auction.com, a few from his own site.

Craiglist listings are entirely free in the market place, why would someone pay for $297 and $37 per month to just get a pretty looking layout on his site?  Just the idea is madness.  Of course he said everything to sound perfect to investors in his webinar.

Upon checking out I immediately reached out to customer service to request the cancellation of service and requested a refund of $297.  I got a reply saying the company offers a 3-day satisfaction guarantee, mine was on date 4th, no refund will be given.

If everything Ross said was true why would he offers a 3-day guarantee instead of a 30 days standard guarantee?  I never have heard him saying it was only 3 days or I would never have subscribed, it's lemon from the start!  This way he deceives my payment of $297 for nothing.  Ross Hamilton is a blunt liar, as good as a scanmer, buyers beware!

Thanks for your inquiry.

The refund policy for purchases of the Really Flip Now promotion (including all the apps, content and services), is spelled out in the Terms of Use, link here:

http://connectedinvestors.com/content/terms-of-use

With every purchase, the customer is presented with the Terms of Use document which they accept as a condition of purchase, and we also obtain an electronic signature from the customer to ensure acceptance of the terms. It seems the Terms of Use may not have been properly read in this case. In any event, we apply policy consistently in all cases as spelled out in section 5 of the Terms of Use, under refund policy:

5. Refunds..... Connected Investors will honor refund requests for the Really Flip Now (RF) program within the first 3 days from the date of purchase. All refund requests must occur and be documented by Connected Investors within 3 days from the date purchase and be tied to a specific marketing promotion. After the 3 day return window, any sales that result from marketing promotions ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. There will be no exceptions made to this policy and all other refund requests will be denied..........There are NO REFUNDS for any apps, content or services that are immediately available for download upon purchase, with the exception of purchases of the Real Estate Riches Today and Really Flip Now programs noted above.

We have a copy of the signed Terms of Use on file from this purchase, and will be glad to provide it upon request. Our policy is simple and plainly stated. We will gladly grant refunds 100% of the time within the policy parameters, with all sales being final once that period has expired.

The ReallyFlip offer included a package of technology, apps, services and training, with Deal Dog being one of those apps. The Deal Dog app is included in the package for 30 days, then reverts to a $37 monthly subscription. The member is under no obligation to continue with the monthly subscription and may cancel at any time. The remaining apps, services and training in the package will continue to be active on the member account.

While no refund is due in this case, our support team is always glad to help with receiving the maximum benefit from your purchase.

Thanks
