Conn's Appliance After 3 days I got my (02/29/08) T.V it Broke and until this day (03/31/08) they still have not fixed Grapevine Beaumont Texas

I got my T.V from Conn's on 02/27/08 and on 02/29/08 it broke. I called they Service Dept and was scheduled for them to come out and see what the problem was. They came out on 03/07/08 and order some parts for my T.V. Called them back on Saturday to schedule another time so they can replace the parts, they scheduled me for the following Friday. My husband took off of work to stay home and wait for them to call, well they never did, I called them and they stated to me the tech had to order some other parts, so that made me mad that they could not call me and let me know or something, so at that point I talked to the manager (Terry) who was very sorry and stated he will call me back on Monday to see what was going on. Well Monday comes and no call I call the store where I got the T.V. from and he tells me his hands are tied and there is nothing he can do and told me to call the Service Dept. with him knowing there office was already closed, so i left message after message after message was promissed i would get a call back, but no call back. After all of that they scheduled me for 03/22/08 Saturday, got a call on Saturday that they had to cancel me appointment, went up to the store where i got the t.v. in tears and he stood there and would tell me the same as he told me the last time, he would call the manager and see what was going on or anything he just gives me another number to call and all they can tell me is that they cant help me. So I have called all the Conn's Corp. and they all can't help me just take a statement promise they will call me back and they dont. Finally they came out to replace the parts on 03/26/08 to find out they where the wrong parts, so my T.V. still doesnt work, mind you i have been making payments on this T.V. Called the Service Dept again and they told me that they could see that he had order any other parts from when he came on 03/26/08 so I called the manager(Terry)

(03/28/08)again about this and all he can tell me is that he is sorry he should have called me himself and let me know what was going on but he again promissed me he would call me on Saturday (03/29/08) because the person that orders the parts was not there. Now here it is Monday (03/31/08) and still not call. I'am tired and fustrated and still at square one!
