Conn's Conn's False advertising and harrassing threats Houston And Beaumont Texas

We bought what was sold to us a "leather" couch, love seat and recliner and refrigerator. We have had the furniture about a year and the so called "leather" is separating and peeling off from regular use. We called and complained and they (Conn's) wanted to just send some one out with a pin and cover it up. We said no that we wanted them to get the furniture because it was advertised as leather and after contacting the maker of the furniture that stated that it was not leather but imitation. We had to purchase something else. Now Conn's, after threatening us wants to take everything back including the refrigerator after we paid all of this time and for us to loose our money. We offered to give the furniture back and finish paying on the frig but they said no. All or none. We did let them take the couch and love seat but I kept the recliner for evidence as I am mad enough now to sue them. Now the are trying to serve us with papers and are not willing to work with us even though they sold something as one thing when it was not and then cuss us out on the phone.
