conroe autoplex financed a car that broke down 20 miles later and refused to return my money said he would fix been back three times and still wont run , Internet

I financed a car it broke down twenty miles from dealers location they wouldnt return my calls finally they came and got it to be fixed he assured me that i didnt need to get my money back then was supposed to fix problems. I went and picked it up it made it home (approx. 90 miles) then broke down again they had put clear silicone (household) on the valve cover to stop a leak, it melted off. I took it to autozone they ran diagnostics on the car pulled up 9 codes, so i took it back to get it fixed they gave me a rental that broke down on my way home. They brought me another rental that the check engine and oil light was on, car sounded bad, and barely ran. they bullshited me untill thirty days was up then refused to return my money now im taking the car back to get fixed again and after the third time they try to fix it if it dont run i will hire a lawyer and get my money. Worst place to buy a car so please for your sake do not get a car from there! Also we are paying over 3500 more than KBB value!!

I am an employee for Conroe Autoplex.  Yes the check engine light came on on the vehicle shortly after the customer bought it.  When they called we were already closed we close at 3 on saturdays.  We told them we would get a mechanic to check it out for them, (we do not have a mechanic shop here)  When the mechanic recieved the vehicle there was a code in the computer for a evap leak which we had to order an intake snorkel for ( we had to get this part from the manufacturer and it took over 2 weeks to come in).  The valve cover gaskets were replaced and when they replaced them they applied rtv sealant to valve cover gaskets (this is something required when replacing them).  The other codes the customer said autozone found were not in there when we had the vehicle there, But we did tell them to bring it back and we would have them check it again.  The mechanic shop will warranty any repairs that they have done if the customer brings it back to them.  The customer said they did not want to use our mechanic.  I told them they have a nationwide warranty that covers the vehicle for 4 years they could take the vehicle to any mechanic they wanted to with the warranty.  When work is done under the warranty the warranty company will provide a rental for extended repairs.  The vehicle we let them use someone broke the ignition in it thats why it would not start.  I offered another vehicle to them and even went to there house and delivered it for them so they did not have to get a ride to us approximately and hour away.  They never mentioned anything to us about the second vehicle having problems.

They refused my rental car because my lawyer had filed this report on their Scams!!!!!!
