Conseco - Green Tree Finance ripoff liars cheaters Rapid City South Dakota

Amber, My name is LeWanda and I am also a victim of Green Tree "AkA" Conseco. Thank you, for giving me the Fannie Mae information and I will call her on Monday. Also, I want you to read my article as to what Conseco has done to me as well. Also, please call the F.B.I because they have informed me in January, 2004, if more people call with the same complaint, they will make a move on it. To those out there who are looking for people to complain about Conseco to try Fanny Mae. I got a call from them yesterday concerning a complaint letter I sent about conseco aka Green tree. If you are interested their coporate address is 3900 wisconsin NW WA. DC 20016-2892 and their phone number is 202-752-7000. Hopefully if they get more complaints about Conseco/ green tree this Company can be stopped. Also please contact your local state attorney generals office and the federal trade commission (FTC) these state agencies are usually easy to find online and they can offer online complaint forms. Some good news for those of us who hate Conseco aka Green tree finance In the march 12th edition of the Seattle PI there was an article reading that " the securities and Exchange comission said that consecos former cheif financial officer Rollin d**k and former treasurer ,James Adams, conducted a fraudulent accounting scheme in order to avoid reporting the decline in value of certain securities held by conseco finance, a subsidiary formed through the 1998 purchase of mobile home lender Green tree Financial corp. d**k and Adams also ordered accountants to make improper adjustments to Conseco finances financial statements to investors and regulators, which inflated earnings in each of the three quarters of 1999, the SEC order alledged. The SEC demanded Conseco end all ongoing and future violations. as part of the settlement conseco neither admited or denied any of the findings. d**k and Adams face up to 110,000-120,000$ per violation. Consecos ceo would not comment on the situation and the company released a statement saying " it was pleased to have resolved the legacy issue" In another article from the associated press it states that consecos bankruptcy filing was the third largest in U.S. history, trailing only the filings of WorldCom and Enron. If this doesn't make this comapny look like a bunch of evil crooks I don't know what does.( if they can do this what else have they done??)
