Conser Realty And Associates Rentals unfair housing Albany Oregon

after my wife left me . me and my kids stayed in a moble home that we rented from matt Conser we payed high rentof 950 but were was happy to live their entill a few lies . water problems and mangement problem casued us to ask questions . after getting no answners . we sent e-mails to him and left phones calls . the home wasnt getting any repair and maintain as a few month went by i give the more letter and e-mails . our lease came do and by that time we lived their for 2-3 years . they wanted us to live their but they increase the rent to 1050 and i had to say no . after i gave then 30 day notice . we cleaned the home and forgot to mow the yard and i saved all letters and phone calls about the repair and maintain problem . they sent me a bills saying 1298.00 my home was trashed . yes i have kids but the wall were clean and i have photos they used all of my dept . after all the lie and getting no resopnd from the owner they gave me the new manger who i felt lie after knowing about some of the repair and maintain problem with the checks memo's they took the money and lied . we went to court after i filed a case. i lost . i called teail who is the worse book keeper i had her on speacker phone with people listen to he tell me i own nothen . this must be the conser way . after court she said at least he has clothes that fit his fat a** . we should have made more off of his dum hillbilly a**. the manger and his wife showed no respect on in court we find this 2 face . i didnt find this funny at all . dealing with this Conser Realty is how they treat they renters why should any one put they life saving in buying a home . i have filed other complaints to let people know how they run their rentals and Realty .
