After I bought a replacement cord and power station for my vita, it took weeks to get to my house. They kept assuring me it would get there but had no tracking number. Well it sure did come, and the products were fake! They were not at all the Sony OEM products listed on their website, nor did they come from Jacksonville, because their web page said they had 64 in stock of both (warning number 1 I didn't heed). They came direct from china and were the exact same ones being sold on eBay for less that $3 each. I paid $22.73 for both. I contacted them and asked for a return slip because I wanted my money back, at which point, Tifanny, the owner's wife screamed that I would never get them to pay and hung up on me. I contacted the Better Busines Bureau, and noticed they have had 27 complaints in the last year ALONE! Now I knew the kind of lowlifes I was dealing with. They sent a letter through BBB, acting as sweet as can be accepting the return, but still would not pay for return shipping. So IRONICALLY, I get two enormous packages to me from DHL China about one month later. I opened them and they were full of video game equipment, largely unuseful to me, so I wondered why the hell I got these packages. Sure enough, the next day I get a call from Console Doctor, now as sweet as pie, begging for thir boxes back, because as I checked with UPS and DHL, these packages were now legally mine, despite anything Console Doctor could do. But, me being the nice guy that I am, agreed to send the boxes back, and they said they would PayPal me $50 for me time. Here is the EXACT QUOTE from their PayPal payment: "This is a $50 payment for Chris Fields to send company packages to the console doctor that were accidentally shipped to his residence. This $50 is not payment for the actual shipping charges, as that has been prearranged with UPS (warning flag number 2, should have demanded shipping labels) by the Console Doctor and paid for by the Console Doctor." we'll, knowing the kind of shady people I was dealing with, I wanted some leverage, so I was happy when i found a controller, for which I do not even own the game system, and some small switch behind my couch. So the UPS man came, I gave him the packages, and sure enough, two weeks later, I get a bill for $92.38 from UPS for the packages. Console doctor had fraudulently used my name and address to set up an account in my name so they wouldn't have to pay.

I immediately sent them an email, and once again they played nice saying it was an error and they would pay for it, I even have it in email in two separate times that they would pay for it. Well two weeks roll by and they still haven't paid, so I get on the phone, call them and tell them that I am not sending back the equipment I FOUND, not stole like Tiffany accused me of (I could have legally kept the entire contents of both boxes so how am I stealing, the woman isn't the sharpest tool in the box). So i told them I would be calling everyday until the matter was resolved, and just like so many of the Google reviews, the Jacksonville police reports, and many other negative reviews of these crooks, she refused to pay the bill, screamed at me, and hung up. I called back, and we proceeded to get into a nasty name-slinging fight, that I am not proud of, but I felt helpless and so angry that there are people like this in the world, the people that make the world SUCH AN UGLY PLACE TO LIVE IN. Only if I lived near to Jacksonville, I would walk into that hole in the wall with the Jacksonville police and demand my money. So that is where it stands. I am screwed out of $100 in package fees or boxes that one UPS girl said I should have jut kept, only if I knew what serpents I was dealing with
