Consolidated Property Management Kept Partial deposit for un necessary reasons Lafayette Indiana

Upron moving out of the apartment of 3 1/2 Years, I was informed as long as the apartment was returned in the same condition or better, we would get all of our deposit back. Well, the manager that told me that has quit since then. The new manager told us the seal around the fridge was moldy, which it was when we moved in, and that the carpet was stained, stains that were there when we moved in as well. They chjarged me 70 dollars to clean this carpet that is at least 10 years old, carpet that was supposed to be replaced when we moved in. All I want to happen is to let other people know about these dirty rotten scoundrels, and make sure no one else gets taken the way I did.
