Upon receiving my monthly bill from a major credit card company, I was charged $14.95 for services or products of which I have no knowledge. SAVINGS2GO has stolen my credit card account information and has begun charging me for services and other things which were not authorized by me. My credit card is affiliated with my bank, and I was directed to the Fraud Unit upon calling my card representative and explaining the situation. Today is 2/6/09...Since 06/03/08, this company or companies have been charging me for no kinda services, and little did I know untill I really went through my bank account information ..I kept on getting overdraft fees and couldn't understand what I was doing wrong or miscalculating?! They have sucked my bank account to oblivion for me!!! I calculated with all the charges over $500!! Does anyone feel what I'm saying? Not only have they been charging me, they have been harrassing my home line, my cell line forever and a day!!! They don't even speak! All you hear is ppl talking in the backround as if it were collections, and don't answer !? There is no one to call, NO ONE to talk to...?!!!! How can this even be legal to do such transactions... NOT ONLY THAT !!! MY HUSBAND WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A USED CAR AND SIGNED UP WITH BARGAIN NETWORK. HE WAS CHARGED $1.95 FOR THE MATERIALS TO BE SHIPPED TO OUR HOME. BARGAIN NETWORK STATED HE WOULD BE SIGNED UP FOR A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP WITH TWO COMPANIES (MONEY EDGE AND ANOTHER) FOR DISCOUNT COUPONS . THEY TOLD HIM AFTER 30 DAYS OUR ACCOUNT WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICES. MY HUSBAND CALLED PRIOR TO 30 DAYS AND CANCELLED WITH BOTH MEMBERSHIP COMPANIES. SIX MONTHS LATER WE REALIZED WE HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR $19.80 7 TIMES FROM OUR DEBIT CARD. MY BANK GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY...MONEY EDGE. I WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. I DID HOWEVER FIND OUT THEY MARKETED THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED ENCORE MARKETING . I RESEARCHED ONLINE AND FOUND THEIR CONTACT INFO. THE OPERATOR TOLD ME THAT MY HUSBAND DID CALL BUT ONLY CANCELLED ONE MEMBERSHIP...NOT TRUE. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD ONLY REFUND ME FOR 3 OF THE DEBITS. On 10/20/09 my credit card account was billed $89.95 by American Leisure.  I never contacted them by mail, telephone or over the internet. On the same date my credit card account received a credit from Jupiter Jack. This information came from my monthly credit card statement.
I called my credit card company to complain about the unauthorized charge.  They called American Leisure and got them to cancel the membership and credit my credit card account. I still don't know what membership I supposedly signed up for.  They also said my account number was provided to American Leisure by a 3rd party but American Leisure would not tell them who the 3rd party was.
The last purchase I made with my credit card was from Jupiter Jack which provides cell phone accessories . It seems suspicious that a credit from them and a charge by American Leisure both occured on the same date.  Is there a connection between the two?  Maybe. I'll be watching my credit card statements very closely to make sure that American Leisure does not try to reinstate the charges again.

Ordered flowers on-line from Pro Flowers and started noticing a $14.95 charge on my credit card.  This went on for 8 months before I finally called the 800-355-1837 number listed on the charge card transaction.  They told me I signed up for this service when I last ordered flowers.  This was absolutely untrue and the signup they were referring to was a coupon offer of $15 off of my next order.  I am now out $119.60 in these fraudulent charges and will NOT be using Pro Flowers again under any circumstances.

I received a phone call from my credit card company to authorize charges to my card (gotta love chase). They asked about charges to this company (savings to go), which they said was to an account overseas. I immediately told this this was bogus and they cancelled my card, then sent a new one. I then got a phone call from savings to go asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel my subscription!! I believe my card information may have been sold to them from washington mutual, who was then bought out by chase. So this report will go under fraud for both of these companies.
