Consumer Credit Services Of America Greg Bohl, dishonest, ripoff, fraud, liar, thief Jacksonville FL

You may have read many of my comments. I was also a victim of Mr.Bohl here in Florida. It took alot of my time but I kept the courts attention on Mr.Bohl. Every chance I got I told the judge, the trustee the case manager anyone that would listen. The judge issued orders for Mr.Bohl to appear in person or via teleconference to explain his actions. He never showed and that cost him.

This past Tuesday(Aug14). The judge granted an order petitioned by the Dept of Justice to fine Mr.Bohl and prohibit him from acting as a preparer in the Middle District of Florida. So now Mr.Bohl has 2 states under his belt. California being the other. Mr.Bohl can continue to ignore the courts and its orders but it won't be long before the knock at his door has to be answered. The judge pointed out how criminal litigation of some kind should be taking place where Mr.Bohl and his little scam is concerned.
The DOJ attorney made note of this.

So if you have filed what the court refers to as a "bare bones" document presented by Mr.Bohl and he has yet to provide the rest. You can write a a brief statement to the court explaining Mr.Bohl's actions and ask the court to ask that he show cause and be made to refund your money. Or you can file in small claims court and take all of your details and the others from this website. He never shows up or answers the court and the judgements against him are now public record. You should have no problem winning in court. I am glad I took the time to fight him.

I am sorry that there are agencies out there using a name very similar to that of Consumer Credit Counseling Services. This company is a not for profit orginization that makes whatever money they receive from the companies they get to cooperte in your debt re-payment plan, they get nothing from you. so if they are asking for money in advance they are not the real CCCS. The real CCCS has you fill out forms lat list all of your creitors along with forms for your cost of living expenses.

The difference between the two is the amount you can afford to pay all of your creditors. Then they make arrangements with those creditors to take reduced payments. Usually they are successful in getting all of your creditors to comply. Their objective is to get you out of debt without having to file bankruptcy and educate you on how to stay out of debt. You have to turn your forms in to the office in person, when you do you bring in your credit cards which they cut into pieces. You are given the option of accepting the payment arrangements or not, there is never a fee charged by CCCS. Your payment is divided up between all of your creditors, when one is paid off the wxtra money is once again divided up between the remaining creditors, as I said before if they ever ask for some kind of an assisgtance fee then you are not working with the not for profit orginization.


I do not want this orginization to get a bad reputattion because of the unscrupulous orginizations out there who change their name slightly, but leave people believing they are the real CCCS. Check with your local chamber of commerce or other not for profit referral agencies before meeting with anyone. CCCS has helped millions of individual avoid bankruptcy and learn how to live a debt free life without ever charging you a cent.

I have filed a complaint with the Florida BBB and Wisconsin's Consumer Credit division. I have also been in contact with the Jacksonville FL police department's Economic Crime Unit, they suggested filing a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. This website works with the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center. So, I have filed a complaint with them and urge others to do so also. I plan on calling Jacksonville Police in the next couple of days to file a report with them...I'm hoping that someone will be able to do something about this man.
