After trying to contact consumer direct warranty services I found out that there are many complaints made by many people all over the 52 states. I web searched there name and found alot. The state of Washington already had them in court back in 2010 for not having a lience to sell insurance of anykind.
My seller Endurance warranty services L.L.C. (Steven) told me that they stopped doing business with them years ago because they could not reach them and had problems. He also said that his understanding was that CDWS was in litigation in CA. The bottom line is that I am filing a complaint with whoever I can in hopes oneday I"ll get my money back, yet that wount help me now
