Consumer Incentive Rewards, Vindaleresearch spammed one email, now spamming other one ripoff Boynton Beach Florida

My email address suddenly inundated with unsolicited email. one said I consented to msgs. on 3/6/2007...a LIE! The offers were too good to be true - I called companies they named and found they are no friends of theirs. Google's name was used illegally on one. There were even pop-ups, when I clicked on the close buttons they opened up anyway. Had to shut down computer each time.

Found out Consumer Incentive Rewards was cause and I did two stupid, idiotic things: 1) tried to unsubscribe in each email but none of them allowed it. DUMB..DUMB..DUMB! 2) found their tel. # and address and actually called CSI to unsubscribe. (Another 3 'dumbs' go here). The guy was malicious and verbally abusive and said it would not prevent their 'publishers' from contacting me. I believe he deliberately opened me up to this harrassment.

A torrent of them filled my email and I have had, conservatively speaking, in excess of 700 msgs., nearly 250 now since June, 2007. Was told by provider to ignore them and let them 'drop off'. I very highly suspect that one of them infected my computer...pop-ups, as many as 40 at one time piling up.

My computer manuf. (Dell was incredible) shut everything down and spent hours reprogramming. My provider (Verizon is incredible) worked through the night to set up what was needed at the time. Though I lost no money, I spent in excess of 40+ hours with this and am still needing help from Verizon to complete downloads I need. Time is money!

I have some horrible things to say about CIR but don't want to offend anyone. Do I have any recourse in this matter. for instance, giving other information about them to help anyone in a class action suit. Can assure you I am a Bulldog when it comes to amoral practices.
