Consumer Law Associates - Debt Xs I too, have been burned badly by this company. They have taken me for $2,000 and caused nothing but more debt Frisco Texas

This company sounded so good and willing to help I fell for all the fancy talk. I told them I felt that I owned my creditors the money, but needed someone to work with me. I was told they would contact my creditors and let them know I was working toward any agreeable settlement for all of us. I was told there was a $200.00 set up fee and then I would start saving the $300.00 I was sending them each month.

I continued to receive calls from creditors and when I finally could get ahold of someone at CLA aka DebtXS They advised me to refuse to talk to the creditors and that it was illegal for them to be bothering me. When I personally got a settlement offer and called CLA they informed me that the $300.00 I had been sending for 6 mths was all a fee they had to collect up front and that in Aug $215.00 of my 300 would start going toward my savings for settlement I informed them I wanted my money back now so I could try to settle on my own.

I even have a law suit hanging over my head. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and informed me it would take 60 to 90 days to get my money. I am now desparate. I have never felt so ripped of in my like. Anyone want to start a class action suit!!!!! This should NOT be allowed to continue. PRAYING ON DESPARATE SCARED PEOPLE who are trying so hard to take care of their debts!!!!!!!!!!!!!
