I'm not sure how this company got my information to contact me, but I am currently enrolled in a debt settlement program with a reputable company that has been helping through my debt issues. CONSUMER WISE DEBT SOLUTIONS contacted me stating that the company that I was working with were "crooks", had complaints with the BBB (not true after I called to confirm) and that they could help me. Well, after looking at their website, they had NO links to anything. I then checked www.sunbiz.org to see when they had incorporated and there was no such company in existence!!! They seem to be one of the fly-by-night debt companies that steal your money, so BEWARE!!!

Thank you for your report. I will address your issues one-by-one.
1) With regard to how ConsumerWise Debt Solutions, a real, legitimate Debt Settlement company had your information...
They received it from one of hundreds of Lead Generation organizations that sell opt-in debt customer information to companies such as your own debt settlement company and also to ConsumerWise Debt Solutions. These leads are called "non-exclusive". Obviously, ConsumerWise, unaware of your current enrollment, called you to help.
2) As to your claim that a ConsumerWise Debt Specialist called your current settlement company "crooks"...
I am confident that you are embellishing the language here. ConsumerWise specialists are trained to be courteous and to never knock the other company, but instead to build up their own a basic principle of good salesmanship. However, since you failed above to reveal your current companys name, perhaps you should look them up as well and if warranted, file a "Ripoff Report" on them. Sound reasonable?
3) Regarding your issue about the ConsumerWise Debt Settlement website...
I am positive you logged onto the wrong site. The ConsumerWise website is a model of
information, usability and options designed to allow the debtor make an intelligent decision. The correct URL is http://www.cwdebtsolutions.com, http://www.cwdsi.com or http://consumerwisedebtsolutions.com. Please take the time to revisit any one of these URLs. After doing so, I am sure you will want to recant your statement.
4) As to ConsumerWise Debt Solutions is not incorporated....
It is our trade name or DBA. The corporation registered with sunbiz.org is CWDSI, Inc.
Summary
It appears that you have been misinformed or misled to write this report. Do not take my word for this, but please check out my rebuttal above. ConsumerWise Debt Solutions is a legitimate Debt Settlement company with over 1000 satisfied clients. We would have liked to have your business also, but wish you all the luck in achieving a debt free life with your current company.

I contacted my enrollment agent as soon as I saw the report. He informed me that this individual "Rolloff" is not even a current client or in the database of clients that requested help. The name sounds made up to me. I am a satisfied client. The low complaint history compared to number of satisfied clients currently enrolled is excellent compared to the other companies that contacted me.
