I did delete my personal information only and have replaced it with (personal info has been deleted by me for this rip-off report), the rest is the actual conversation I had with this company's representative.

Sherri: my name is sherri b, i contacted your company a couple of weeks ago by live chat

Sherri: i'm really not sure what your company is and was automatically signed up when i hit a submit button at another site.

Sherri: so, a couple of weeks ago, i contacted your company because a charge had hit my checking account and i didn't have the funds to cover it. i was told that there would be yet one more charge to go through my account, that it could not be stopped, but after that my account would not be touched again.

Sherri: well, since then, five different charges have went through my account and im really overdrawn because of this

Sherri: yes, but that is an old adress

Sherri: why? i really don't feel comfortable giving you that info

Sherri: i am talking about almost 200 dollars in overdraft fees that i just can not afford

Strick: Well, ma'am, your cooperation will greatly appreciated if you can provide me with that so if there's refunds to be submitted, we will mail it to the right address, thank you.

Strick: Yes, and you've stated that you applied for something online or a loan online and so right now, I am your very hope to refund that money and stop or cancell all the transactions against your account, so please.

Sherri: your company has not been able to recieve any money, it caused continual over drafts in my account. or, is your company going to refund my overdraft fees? i will be more than happy to cooperate in thta case

Sherri: You are not my Hope. I have already cancelled this account that i had signed up for inadvertanly

Strick: Well, if that's the case then what can I possibly help you with today.

Sherri: Who is in charge of your company? or, should i contact the FDC or PUCO?

Strick: No ma'am, we don't refund NSF fees.

Sherri: See, i knew that, so why should i give you my info

Sherri: i need you to stop accessing my checking account as i requested a couple of weeks ago

Sherri: not, FDC, so sorry, i meant the FTC

Strick: Well, for two reasons, one is to verify I'm talking to the right person, second, so if there's fees to refund, I would know where to mail the refund to.

Sherri: Or, the BBB, i'm sure there's someone out there who can help me, i'm sure i'm not the only person this is happening to

Strick: That's fine, suits you, you have a wonderful day, ma'am.

Sherri: ???

Sherri: are you going to cancel transactions into my checking account?

Sherri: and, may i please speak to a supervisor?

Strick: You're not cooperating here ma'am and so I don't know what you really want

Sherri: what do you need me to do

Strick: I am more then capable to assist you.

Sherri: how am i not cooperating?

Strick: Well, let's start again, what is it that I can help you with today, ma'am.

Strick: Well, you're not giving up your new address and so I can't veriry you and can't submit any cancellations and refunds if there are any.

Sherri: okay. i need this to be cancelled and for your company to quit accessing my checking account. and, again, i'm not comfortable with you having any more info from me

Sherri: okay, new address

Strick: Done, you're cancelled, ma'am.

Sherri: How can i verify this?

Strick: That's fine, I just won't submit a refund request.

Strick: Well, type it in here, ,hello.

Strick: I gave you your old address and you said you're no longer at the address but not willing to give me the new one in here so I can update on my database.

Sherri: now is that professional? how can i type my cancellation verification in here when i don't know what it is?

Sherri: fine, against better judgement, here is my new address which i have lived at for the past 6 months

Sherri: Can I have your manager's name?

Sherri: Who is the president of your company?

Strick: You're cancelled. Done, ma'am.

Strick: I have no supervisor available at the moment, ma'am.

Sherri: well, what is his name?

Sherri: Jason what?

Sherri: May I have a phone number, please?

Strick: We don't give out last names, ma'am.

Sherri: is Jason your supervisor or the president of your company?

Sherri: Will there be any more charges to my checking account?

Sherri: How can i gaurantee this?

Sherri: And, who is the president of your company?

Strick: No, ma

Sherri: Sorry, i'm confused. No, there will be no more charges.

Strick: That's your cancellation number, ma'am.

Sherri: Thank you. How can i gaurantee that there will be no more charges to my checking account from your company?

Strick: That is correct, no more future transactions against your account.

Sherri: And, may i please have the name of the president of your company?

Strick: Just sent you, your cancellation number.

Sherri: Thank you for the cancellation number

Strick: It's a corporation ma'am and there's no President.

Strick: You welcome.

Sherri: Then, who is your supervisor's supervisor, who is in charge of the corporation?

Strick: Just told you, Jason,

Strick: Nobody above him.

Sherri: Thank you for cancelling my account and your supervisor's name and the phone number

Strick: Scroll up, I gave you all of that,

Sherri: No offense, but i do hope that i do not have to contact your company again

Sherri: i wish you could understand my dilema, it's really frustrating

Sherri: but, you are just an employee doing your job

Strick: I do, but you must also understand, that I'm trying to help you resolve something that you started or initiated online.
