 Ali Shah and his silent partner, Terreno Butler, are frauds and rip off artists. I've tried a couple of times to get a refi to go thru with Ali. The first two times were disasters, so I should have learned my lesson. All he was interested in the first time was selling me a car. When I told him I wasn't interested in a car, he lost interest in my refi. He stopped returning my phone calls and never got back to me. The second time I tried to go through him (I let a friend talk me in to it again, and red flags should have been raised when I noticed that the name of the company that Ali was representing this time was different). Despite my credit scores being in the high 600s, he told me I needed to pay money to have my credit fixed in order for the refi to go through. When I asked him repeatedly what was wrong with my credit scores and what needed to be fixed, he was evasive. All he would say was, don't worry, I'll just add the fees to fix your credit into your mortgage closing fees. I realized that he was full of crap. I went someplace else and was approved that day. Two different entities told me that there was nothing wrong with my credit and that this guy was just trying to get money from me. Google the name Terreno Butler, Ali's helper, and see what crap you come up with on this guy. He and Ali are working hand-in-hand, ripping people off, convincing them to pay to get their credit cleaned when they really dont need to. In some cases thery are not even successful because these guys don't know what they're doing. Stay as far away from both of these guys as you possibly can.
