Contact Market Data contacted our organization by phone with an offer to renew our listing in their publication. After verifying our business address and phone number (recorded only part of conversation)I told them after review of invoice it would be determined if we would renew the product.

No product ever arrived only an invoice of $295.00 plus $20.00 shipping. We immediately cancelled. Also, after researching the company on the Better Business Bureau web site we sent them another cancellation notice and copy of the information we found on the BBB site. The invoice had our business listing incorrectly.

Teanna Lewis, in the Final Assessment Department of Contact Market Data, said she is the highest level person in the company, after the "Board of Directors". She said she will continue to call and fax invoices with an interest charge. I have requested the product on several occassions. Nothing has arrived!
