I will like to let everyone out there know who is in the process of getting new auto warranty not to get Continental Warranty as for what they did to me was not fair in any kind of way. When I first initiated my contract with them I put as the mileage for my vehicle 54,000 and then when I got the agreement I had seen the odometer mileage which continental put as 59,000. They are serious Rip-offs. I don't recommend them to no one who is looking for car warranties.

I have placed several calls regarding the inspection of my vehicle and they promised me that I would receive a call back from one of their customer service professionals but I was the one that would have to call them constantly because they can't even keep a promise. I agree with all of the other people who have complained about the company as to charging them $195 to initiate the contract and when you come to see they don't explain the terms and conditions about the warranty. After you purchase the warranty for the vehicle it must be driven 1,000 miles before filing any claim and then maybe the part that is damaged or broken in your car they might not cover it. I am still encountering problems as to having a refund issued back to my credit card and as of this date nothing has been done. What a discrace.
