Two weeks ahead I contacted this company and set up a 5 day window that the car was to be picked up. I scheduled to fly the following day. The car was never picked up. I made repeated calls to Continental as well as many emails, as the time to fly drew close. No one would return my calls or emails. On the day I was scheduled to leave I scrambled to find a new carrier. Fortunately , We will Transport It found a truck that same day and picked up my car that day, and delivered it on time. I will never trust Continental Auto Movers with my car again. BAIT AND SWITCH - DISHONEST

Signed contract on 7/19/11 for $625.00 and told Continental car could be picked up on or after 7/22/11. Received email from Continental saying car would be picked up on 7/26/22, never happened. Contacted company by email and phone and received another email that the car would be picked up on 7/28/11, never happened. Called Continental 8/2/11 and spoke with Johan who I was told by email was the owner and he told me the it would take $750.00 tp get the car picked up and I received a new contract with the higher amount. I emailed them back that I want my order cancelled! This is a clear case of "Bait and Switch". I FOUND THIS COMPANY DISHONEST TO DEAL WITH! I am a Senior Citizen and fortunately not senile. I run a thriving business and do not treat my customer this way or I would be out of business. NEVER AGAIN ,LIARS,THIEVES STAY AWAY These guys reputation speaks for itself . I was refered by a so called friend and these guys turne out to be a nightmare not only is my deposit stolen, but my vacation was ruined dealing with these a- holes. Please all you service members stay away anyone with common sense stay away.The positive feedback is from themselves as well as friends. Notice everyone has a hispanic name, do the math my attorney will be taking care of these jokers. I am not only pissed off but i am to the point where i want to take the day off work and visit these jerks
