Contour Adjustable Beds Ripped off Senior Citizens Baltimore, Maryland

My wife was contacted by a representative of Contour beds and made arrangements to come to our home. She came out and said she wants to show us what she has. It started out slow and soon got to the presentation of what the beds would do for us. They would perform miracles on us. She brought forth the price and I couldn't believe it. It was over $8,000.00 dollars. She saw that we were not happy with it so she saiWe cannot get anyone to help us. d let me make a call. She called someone but we are not sure and they were supposedly making an adjustment to the price. They came down to apporox.. $5,000.00. My wife decided to give them a try and signed a contract. After they left I talked with my wife and told her I didn't like the sound of it. The next day my wife called the representative and told her we had changed our minds. The next day the rep. called back and said the price had been dropped down to $3,900.00 if we would take them. My wife said ok. The next thing we know we here from the finance company and they said the price was $5,200.00. My wife told them to cancel it and they said they couldn't and said to call Contour Beds. My wife did and Contour beds said you have to call the finance company. We got tired of their games and told them both we were no going to pay for these beds which broke down after just 3 weeks. We cannot find anyone to help us. We are both seniors and my wife is disabled. We have documentation from Inside Edition of an investigation they did. These are crooked people and should be closed down.
