Their website is loaded with ribbons and medal about their excellent reputation for service. Ordered exterior lighting. Received a bad transformer.
They refused to help me although the manufacturer did a great job after I found them, with no help from CCL, on the web. Now I need an additional piece of equipment to make the system work correctly but they will not honor my order because it is less than $100.00!! They cancelled the order with a cryptic e-mail. "DO NOT call about this order as it has been cancelled!"
Very hard to get to speak to anyone at this company especially if you have a problem. Nonexistent customer service. Never answered a single e-mail communication!
