Convergent owes ME $171.84 for a long since closed checking account which the parent Company has long since closed. I made the mistake of actually agreeing to a settlement in response to a letter over phone but decided to investigate with chase before I hung up. They none the less charged my bank account. I subsequently contacted them and they agreed to refund fees. Guess what no deposit from them.
