Cool Air Sam/John This company will not only ripp you off,but will ripp up your house in the process katy Texas

In response to the Alleged complaint by Dwarfcar 75 of Tomball Texas , Firstly Mr Dwarfcar75 we strive to please all our customers every day on every single call .We are concerned when we receive an alleged infraction and treat all our customers with respect . 

I investigated the alleged incident and interveiwed all of our Tall technicians .I also had a report generated by my GPS tracking company and phone tracking company to ascertain if any of my Tall technicians had worked in Tomball . Tomball is way out of our service Area and we do not show that anyone from my company has worked in that Area in 2015 .

I also ran a report on all heater service calls from December 1 unit Mid February , i could not find a situation where any of our Tall Technicians left an Estimate for a Furnace for $ 10,000.00 .in my entire HVAC career spanning 46 years i have never had the privilage to sell a Furnace for $10,000.00 or even $5000.00 .Our Current retail price for a Gas Furnace ranges from $2499.00 to $3899.00.

All our Technicians Tall or Short sign a non solicitaiton agreement and a covenant to not Moonlight , we do not have any current field Technicians who are " Contractors " 

What deeply concerns me is that you allege that my employees damaged your home whilst instaling a Furnace for you without my Knowledge . If you did infact sustain $3000.00 in damages please call me at 281 395 2222 . I would like to come to your home and inspect the damage , if any damage was caused by Employees of American Comfort Solutions or Cool air Sam and you can prove to me that the Employees contracted with you direclty to install the Furnace ,  i would gladly re-imburse you for the damages and give you a check for $5000.00 for the Furnace installation . however i am a little confused as to why you chose this medium , rather than calling our office to try and recoup your losses .

American Comfort Solutions is licensed by the State of Texas and has never had any financial issues since its inception 10 Years ago . We hold a A plus rating with the Houston BBB and have been been awarded the BBB Award for Excellence 6 years in a row .My wife and I co-own American Comfort Solutions and Sam our Mascot .

RDS Air Conditioning Inc ( Formerly a Texas Corporation ) Was created by me in the mid 80,s My wife and I chose to merge with Hallmark Air conditioning in 1997 . I worked for Hallmark Air conditioning for 5 Years . The original Hallmark Air conditioning is currently owned by Direcct Energy and is one of the largest Residential Companies in Houston .

To summize , it is very clear that i have never owned an Air conditioning Service company that " Failed due to Questionable practices "
