I won an auction of a car with lot # 27195878 at Copart Brighton co.The advert claimed to have keys but driving from Wichita Ks with a rented car with the hope of driving the car back home.The first shock was a policy of copart in that location that you can't drive a car you won from their lot,as only a trucker is permitted to load and tow your car out of the lot.When they brought out my car to have it loaded on the truck the driver couldn't find the keys ,when I asked the worker and manager they told me it was my responsibility to come inspect the car,this is ridiculous as the advert claimed, Keys: Yes and secondly it was suppose to be run and drive.The manager told me to find a dealer to make me a key.This is gross irresponsibility,never in my life heard a manager go so low.Even thou she will not speak on video i recorded some of her bizarre responses to my questions.
