Sold us a new Forester Surveryor Cadet 226.
Not even thirty days old, and notified that we had a window leak. His response? "They all leak".
We think that the source if the problem is that the window frame has several "T" shaped plugs that are missing.
It's near impossible to get anyone at Forest River to respond.
"A Berkshire Hathaway Company" is a meaningless promotion.
Warren Buffet and Charley Munger need to revisit that association.

Forest River contact info on the website is all wrong....most phone numbers are out of service.
Once the trailers tai lights have cleared the curb at the dealer, your warranty is as good as Delsey.

Dear Rowdy,
I am sorry you are having problems with your Forest River Cadet 226. I understand your frustration with purchasing a new unit and then finding out you have a water leak. I am not sure who you have spoke to in our organization, but I agree the proper response is not "They all leak." If it is not too much trouble, I would love to talk to you.
That being said, Copley's RV Center did not build the coach. We would like to help you make it right though, and hope you give us a call so we can address these problems together. We can help you with the warranty issues on this coach.
