I want to share with all of you my complete dissatisfaction with an extremely rude eBay seller, CopperstateRacing. They misled me about shipping an item I purchased on December 6th from eBay, and I was simply trying to confirm it would be here before Christmas. They claim to ship in 1-3 days and on December 9th, they emailed me saying package shipped and gave me a tracking link. But they misled me completely about shipping the item since 3 days later I still didn't see it had shipped with the tracking number. Turns out it actually shipped on Dec 12th. That whole week I tried to figure out why it hadn't shipped when they told me it had, but they avoided several of my emails about inquiring on the delay in shipping. When letting them know my frustration with the delay and lack of their communication to my inquiries after paying a high price for shipping, this is the email I received from them, below.

It is an absolutely distasteful and rude email and they have absolutely no customer service or tact in dealing with customer issues! No customer should ever have to deal with people like this! I have had some great experiences on eBay with sellers who go over and beyond to satisfy customers but these guys could care less, they claim to be power sellers but to them, that means they can take advantage of customers and be as rude as ever. Please stay away from them since there are several other organizations that will treat customers with respect, but not Copperstateracing.com and George Buffet!
