"Copy It ... Mail It" is a printing/copying/faxing/business office supplies & mailbox rental service store located in Belfair, Washington.

Due to the insidious ravages given rise by extreme mismanagement coupled with owner incompetence, disregard, and lack of concern, business acumen, and overall savvy, the store (and it's poor employees) suffer greatly in-terms of typically running-out of supplies and not getting them re-ordered then re-stocked back on the shelves in timely fashion for availability and customer purchase.  Moreover, critical equipment breakdowns are many times followed by longer than usual and expected periods of downtime prior to functional restoration and reliable availability to customers in need of services connected with aforementioned equipment.

Their fax machine, in particular, has been non-functional and remaining offline for approaching two-weeks time (at the time of this writing), and thus it is entirely "down" and unavailable for customer utilization.  During this time period I have been made to suffer the distasteful and helplessly-frustrating agony of needing emergency faxing services on two (2) separate back-to-back occasions, only to be turned-away and therefore having to experience affront, disgust, and upset over meeting with absolutely no success in accomplishing important faxing tasks at the store.  This is particularly disturbing in view of the fact that Belfair, WA is a small and rather remote town with limited services, and since the "Copy It ... Mail It" store is the only one of it's kind in the area, it becomes necessary for an unfortunate disappointed and underserved customer to travel a great distance in order to find another store in which to accomplish whatever tasks that are not able to become successfully undertaken and completed at the "Copy It ... Mail It" store in Belfair whenever said store fails it's patrons and creates an unfair necessity for them to travel far to seek the same services elsewhere in order to gain satisfaction.  An unnecessary burden and attendant dissatisfaction and related stresses become created as the unfortunate result of the "Copy It ... Mail It" store's penchant for causing problems for it's customers via the conditions of inability and inadequacy that the store carelessly allows to develop.

It is also quite sad indeed that the store's employees must be placed into the uncomfortable, embarrassing, and unfortunate defensive position of having to deal with customer dissatisfaction, frustration, and ire that but for the inaction of the store's owner, should not even exist in-the-first-place!!!  I have no problems with said employees -- in-fact, I feel sorry for them for having to work for such a poor owner/manager whom is cursed with the terrible attributes of incompetence and apparent lack of caring and concern for the success of his own business ..... and the employees who work there .... and, of course,  the poor customers who have little choice but to attempt patronizing the store in hopes that they can get what they need in-terms of goods and services in the little town in which they reside.

The bottom-line is simply this:  In my humble opinion, the "Copy It ... Mail It" store is deserving of the disgraceful verdict of guilty-as-charged for being both woefully inadequate and unreliable .... which is indeed an unacceptable situation.  The "ripoff" aspect, therefore, comes in the form of fiduciary failure coupled with knowing infliction of unnecessary customer inconvenience, dissatisfaction, frustration, distress, anger, and upset.  The continued existence of such an untoward situation becomes at once disrespectful to employees and customers .... and is definitely improper, troublesome, and disrespectful as well.

Halleleujah, The Business-Model Disaster And Consummate ABOMINATION Known As "COPY-IT, MAIL-IT" Is Dead !!!!!!

AUTHOR: Mickey - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, June 17, 2014

It is with a sense of extreme vindication and attendant pleasure that I presently report to one-and-all that the vile ugly spectre of an abject horrrible beast of a business formerly known as "COPY-IT, MAIL-IT" in Belfair, WA, is indeed no more.  Leaving only but an historic footnote as a telltale scar upon the business community landscape at large, the aforementioned store closed-it's doors just a short while ago and went entirely out-of-business -- to thankfully no longer be able to abuse employees and customers alike.  Oh happy is the day when a monster is finally slain!!!

Clarification As Apropos

AUTHOR: Mickey - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 12, 2013

It was never my intention to insult, demean, and/or in any way disparage the employees of the Belfair Copy-It Mail-It store.  The owner has been my sole target all along, and I thought I had made that patently clear within the text of my original complaint report.  I have nothing but praise and respect for Donna, as she is a very competent, hard-working, dependable individual who has consistently demonstrated a superior command of all aspects of her job description and far beyond.  She is willingly helpful and efficient within her position, and is both genuine and friendly, with a very pleasant disposition -- and I believe that the inconsiderate owner takes full advantage of her in his conscious intentional exploitation of the aforementioned fine attributes that she possesses in abundance.

The very fact that the store owner has pared his "staff" down to only one solitary employee to absorb all of the overwhelming and punishing aspects of running the entire store -- and all the unpleasantly stressful conditions that such an unenviable job entails -- speaks volumes as a testment to just how lacking in compassion and mercy the ostensibly anti-humanitarian owner has become.  Such a notion is indeed the owner's disgrace, but certainly not that of a store employee.

Although I could choose to purchase a personal FAX machine, I should not have to be required to do so as a means of avoiding the possibility of having to utilize a commercial FAX service and thus becoming susceptible to not being able to receive proper and timely good service .... yes indeed, good service that should be expected.  The Belfair store -- as all stores -- remain in business precisely due to the fact that their only purpose for existence -- and thus their primary objective and specific mission -- is to provide products and/ or services.  Service reliability and good positive customer service principles certainly apply in the case of FAXING service availability and attendant dependability, irrespective of whether or not customers have or do not have personal office equipment at home. Moreover, in the event that a home office FAX device should break-down, then the commercial FAXING option would become just that much more important and indispensable to a consumer.  In light of all the aforementioned, it becomes my sincere belief that the rebuttal author's position cannot hold water and should not qualify as being anything approaching a problem solution, and furthermore it should not be considered as reasonable nor good advice.

Copy It Mail It,A Great Business

AUTHOR: Kim C - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 12, 2013

Hello,

I just read the report filed by a disgrunteled customer and I feel it is somewhat unfair to the employees at this business. I have used the services of Copy it mail it for over 7 years, I have a perminent mailbox there and use their services regularly in shipping and receiving of my e-bay auctions..and I use their fax services maybe a few times a year, although there have been "down" times of the fax machine and their  "poster size" copy machine all in all that was remeied within a short amount of time, granted this is the only business of this type for many miles around

I would suggest that the person who was dissatisfied purchase their own copy/fax machine if the need is that great for them, these machines are relatively inexpensive today.. I give the business high marks in all areas however the owner seems concentrated on his Gig Harbor store and the original writer is correct on the owners inattention at times, you couldn't ask for a better person in the way of Donna the Belfair mgr. She goes out of her way accomodating people and being the only one working that store becomes overwhelmed at times..but I cannot speak highly enough of her, I would have her as mgr. in any establishment I might have.
