Copy That Reprographics Unprofessional rude staff, didn't know what they were doing, wanted to charge $5. per picture just to open them to print. Belfair Washington

Copy It just opened down the street from me recently, so decided to go in and meet the staff and print some pictures. My first impression on walking in was disorder and mess. The staff all looked sloppy and unkempt, the lady who greeted me at the counter was nice enough, but she didn't know the answer to any of my questions about prices, so she defered to another lady behind the counter who wasn't nearly as politel. I informed her that I had a number of photographs I needed printed, and she said it would be $5. per picture just to open them, plus the printing fees. 

This is not a good business model to follow in order to recriut new and repeat customers. I have a lot of printing done each month, and am willing to pay slightly more for the pleasure of a friendly face, and the convenience of not having to go all the way into town, but $5. is just greedy and discouraging. 

For now, I will continue going into Silverdale to get my printing done where they are willing to open my file without charging for something that any computer can do for free.
