We were approached by a lady in Coligny Plaza that dubed us "vip" as we owned two weeks of time share. Next we went to 218 Park Plaza for the presentation. Met with Steve Johnson Owner Services. As we were VIP clients he offered to buy our timeshares for $10,000 and sell us a week every two years with four bonus weeks per year. This included a generous golf plan. As we both golf this was a good deal for us.
The cost for the bi-yearly week was $10900 with $1090 down until we got the cheque for $10,000 to pay off the loan.
Steve Johnson and verification officer Rob Lauderman were working togeather as a team. Mr Lauderman rushed us through the signing in two minutes and left, Mr Johnson stuffed the sign papers in our "box" and rushed us out the door.
The finance payments were to start in four months, the interest charges started the day we signed the papers with the first payment due in 30 days.
About six weeks later we receive a letter assigning us some obscure unit status bronze. These units are the lowest of lows when it comes to time share trading the value is nothing.
We were duped by Rob Lauderman and Steve Johnson. These two low lifes should not be allowed to sell anything.
The entire sale was based on lies.
