Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

The mentality of this company is buyer beware and that is what you should be.  Do not go into this dealership if you do not already know the list price and trim level and all specifics of the car you think you want and have not yet gotten a competitive Bid.  In other words, go into this store to negotiate a lower price after you have decided what you want to buy and know, from at least 2 competitive bids, what it should cost. Do not go in to learn about vehicles uneducated, because the pressure to purchase this dealership imposes is relentless.

I was referred to one of the three sales managers, Philip by my mechanic of 15 years, whom I would call a friend.
The sales manager promised to take good care of me, help me select a car that met my needs, cut the price as low as possible etc, etc. Instead, I was sent to a Jeff, a salesman whose technique is make the person wait and drag out the process as long as possible so the customer can't think anymore and then charge as high a price as the customer will fall for.

The long and short of my anguish is that instead of taking care of me, they made me wait for hours, took forever to show cars, and after i was exhausted, gave me a proposal that jacked up the alleged list price by 15%. (They knew I had not selected or priced a make or model but was trusting them) Their proposal showed  discounts that the salesman stated were unbelievable and I was given verbal assurances of what an amazing deal they were offering. At one point, after I could not make sense of their mathematical mumbo jumbo, the dealer manager came over and spouted out false mathematics to support their lies.

It was not until after I had purchased the automobile that I studied their numbers,  comparison shopped and learn what dishonest people they are.

Oh Poor Helpless Baby


With the name of "Nat", you are a man, right?  So you go into this dealership and YOU LET THEM string you along...YOU LET THEM treat you like **it...YOU LET THEM lie to you.  THen when all is said and done, what does the "manly" Nat do?  Big, manly Nat REWARDS them for the screw job, for the lies and for the piss poor treatment by giving them the profit they want!  Another real incredible piece of work here, "man".  I'm impressed!  You have two feet attached to two legs.  You bring with you the unique position of them needing you and you NOT needing them!  Without you, there's no profit!  What in the hell is wrong with you????  When any car dealer treats you like garbage, you get up and you WALK OUT!  You don't have to sit there hat in hand and play doormat then come here afterward and whine about how bad they treated you.  Boo h*o.  You are exactly correct...they treated you like dirt but one thing for certain, YOU set yourself up by being a chump, doormat and sucker and STAYING THERE ACCEPTING IT rather than acting like a man and getting the hell out of there!
