Not a registered company with the state of Colorado. Basically, he runs this from his home in NYC. The office address listed on the website is a Regus office address. Regus is a virtual office company. Core Business Capital (a made up name) do not fund companies. Nicholas is a middle-man who will forward your info to other low tier lenders and will receive a commission if your loan is approved. High-interest rates, short loan payback timeframes with shady lenders from NYC with very bad reviews and BBB ratings. Steer clear and don't waste your time like I did.

Jesse applied for financing with us on 10/24/17, we worked dilligently to secure the best possible financing available for his company. Based on his risk profile and outstanding cash advance balances, we were only able to secure a high risk offer for him. He accepted the offer, but after underwriting discovered his past history in the wedding videography business, they were no longer willing to move forward. After we politely declined to work with him, he wrote negative reviews on multiple platforms.

All of our brokers work remotely and we rent multiple shared office spaces in CO, TX, and NY.
