Kittle's Home Furnishings Center, Inc and Corinthian, Inc On Jan 2013 we bought a new livingroom furniture set and paid $2,515.74 from Kittle's Home Furnishings in Castleton, IN. We bought our new set to take w/us to our new house in North Carolina. We have bought alot of furniture from Kittle's, so that's where we shopped. The salesrep showed us a LR set made by Corinthian and said it was a great manufacture of furniture. WRONG it started falling apart about six months later. Nationwide

On Jan.2013 My husband and I bought a new livingroom set to take w/us to our new house in North Carolina. Went went to a store called Kittle's Home Store in Castleton, Indiana, where we use to buy alot of our furniture. When we got there, the salesrep showed us a few sets and then showed us a set made by Corinthian that she said was a very good manufacture of furniture. WRONG! The set started falling apart as soon as we got it home and they had to replace the Chaise and the Ottoman right away. This is what we paid:

1. Harvest Sofa- $782.04 w/Gold Protection Program, another $86.02

2. Harvest Chair- $583.59 w/GPP -$64.19

3. Harvest Ottoman- $239.12 w/GPP -$26.30

4. Harvest Chaise- $527.24 w/GPP -$58.00

Total for the set $ 2,515.74

Now at that price you would expect the furniture to last at least 10 years.

My husband and I are both in our $70's and have no children at home now, so that wasn't the problem. What the problem is the so called "very good manufacture of furniture". We don't have a Kittle's Home Store where we live now, so what should we do?

The fringe is falling off the pillows the arms on the chair and couch have broken and the cushions have all sunk in!.

We don't have the money to buy another set of livingroom furniture, as we are both on social security now and live check to check.

Our advise, don't buy anything from Kittle's or anything made by Corinthian!
