Corizon Administrator Terminated Payroll Incorrect Bartow, Florida

Our health services administrator has been terminated although it has all been kept extremely quiet as to why although all the nurses were told many times if we failed inspection we would be fired we were told she wishes she could fire us and start with a new staff. we've had extremely hard issues with getting our pay checks straightened out. we have an electronic.time.clock that scans our finger print the time clock will tell us what our total hours are for that 2 week pay period but yet when you receive your paycheck. a different amount of hours are on that check it doesn't match what the timeslot says we've called our supervisors numerous times just to be told it is being "reviewed" with no answers being received by the nurses. Numerous times we went to this administrator that has now been terminated with no help at all just to be told again its being reviewed. we were told if we had 2 miss work we had to call her regardless of what time it was also. When we are paid correctly the hourly pay is very good highly when we have 2 call any supervisor we can to try 2 get any help. The rumors of course fly around but we were told in a meeting that our time is going to have to be reviewed for the past 2 years. Isn't this illegal for someone to change hours in payroll? The medical assistants that work at the different locations were told they also had to take a cna course it was mandatory all medical assistants have taken the course that were told they would be reimbursed. but some have been paid back and some have not. The administrator that was terminated her name is Norma Jean Murray we were told many times she used to be an law enforcement officer what happened with that unknown. This is just very exhausting when we have to chase all around attempting to get our pay straightened our we live in fear as to if were going to have a job our if we ask questions well be terminated!

Same problem


You are not alone. Same problem up at Riker's Island. Payroll person is inept. Company couldn't care less about whether employee's get paid. Also there is the fear of bringing it up and making waves, because you feel like you are on a tight rope and can be fired at any minute. Company sees people as VERY expendable, no one works there very long, and that is why they are always advertizing. They always have to bring in new people. Brutal environment.....most stressful place I have ever worked in.
