Buyer stay away. This is a scam through and through. The properties they sell are over priced and under repaired. They state that they are rehabed and rent ready, but they are not. The minuet you close and own the property you will have to pour thousands more into it. Most say they have tenants, but those are sub standard tenants that do not pay rent. The management company they use is insulting to ones intelligence and unwilling to really manage the property and meet an out of state investor's needs.

Everything stated on this site about them being untrustworthy and doing shawdy repairs is true. If you get involved with them make sure you have a very good lawyer.
