 This company claimed to be a government agency through the state of Florida that files meeting minutes for new small businesses. They send a form out requiring one to pay 125 dollars by a certain date or that the state will fine your business 400 dollars. They provide no phone number to contact them only an email and an address. The phone number online that's found on google only rings. I come to find out after filling out the form and providing my credit card information , that the whole thing is a scam. The state of Florida Corporation Sunbiz Office confirmed it. I had to cancel my card and hope that 125 dollars does not get stolen. If you read online you will see multiple reviews of people that were scammed as well.
