Corporate Ranking makes a contractual promise to repair SEO related website technical issues, provide quality backlinks, key word analysis, and improved search rankings.  The company states after 30 days if you are not satisfied they will offer a refund.  Refund policy published on web.  In Terms published on web, they state no refund after 30 days. The information conflicts.

The work quality is profoundly poor.  There is a lack of command of the English language by technicians who prepare descriptions for links.  It is embarrasing quality work resulting in the consumer having to rewrite everything if a decision to proceed is planned.  No link back sites are provided to the consumer when requested.  One can assume, the company creates spam links on your behalf based on their lack of willingness to share reputable link back sources they use.

The company is completely unreponsive if you request a refund due to concerns with their technical ability, command of the english language and lack of undertanding of SEO.  I have a record of at leasat 14 emails requesting status and a response that were not responded to.

Corporate Ranking fullfilled 2 items within the contract they had with me (a website report, which I could have generated using any free site avaialble) and a list of key words which were useless to me and contained in non of my posts.  They were unable to make adequate recommendations and during the course of time they were given admin access to my website, Google stopped indexing the site due to errors which I engaged a 3rd party to fix because Corporate Ranking was not able to fix the errors.

Upon stating website errors were fixed that pertained to SEO, logs demonstrated the user login provided was never used and no work had been performed.  All web status, page load times, robot errors, Site map errors ,etc were exactlty the same.

The team lacks experience, quality and an understanding of business and SEO strategies.  They cannot be relied upon to modify any content to improve SEO due to their poor English.  This was a horrible waste of time and I am continuing to waste time to pursue corrective action for the damages caused and now additional time to print out the countless emais that went unresponded to, poor quality English examples, web report examples, etc.  This is all needed to pursue a dispute with financial providers to refund the money for breach of contract because the company will not honor any policies.

THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED OR RELIED UPON.  They market via email under the name JUSTIN (sounds American to fool you) but Justin@corporateranking.com markets the service and/or Sales@corporateranking.com.  I have not been able to locate any US entities.
