Corporate Security Affiliates Inc. scam, non-licensed New York, New York

I believe my husband has been scammed by this company because he has already paid $275 for a training program which promises certification after completion, but after researching the company on the internet, it seems many people have already been scammed by the very same company. He hasn't yet begun the course, however, I have already had it verified by the Department of Criminal Justice Services that this company isn't authorized to give certification accepted by the Department of State. This company needs to be exposed and the hard-earned money needs to be refunded to people like my husband who should be spending it on authentic certification accepted by the DOS.
