Company has two different web sites. The http://miamiairportride.com/index.html site does NOT list "CHARGES ARE PLUS 20% GRATUITY AND SERVICE FEES, TOLLS AND PARKING" that is on the "main" site. Staff does NOT mention ANY of this information on the phone. Staff is very rude and simply repeats the "No refunds" statement listed on their web site even when informed that the additional fees were never quoted, are not listed on both sites, or mentioned during purchase process.

They refused any communication with upper management to try and resolve concerns. Their business model appears to be based on the "no refunds" policy, misleading websites, and abusive attitude. Even though you can find their number and call them without visiting the site(s) they assume they can hold you to policies they list there but have not told about over the phone. We called in to terminate our reservation within minutes of making it because the faxed order confirmation showed additional charges we were not quoted or informed of. They made no effort to work with us at all.

We are blocking the charge as no "service" was ever given and certainly no customer service. These people are extremely rude, combative and abusive. They are VERY hard to locate to make complaints against. No physical address is listed on the sites. It takes a lot of detective work to locate the appropriate BBB to send complaints to in the first place! Any lack of reports of their bad service and abusive nature is NOT due to a lack thereof, but due to a difficulty in finding out WHERE to report complaints against them. I have spent hours locating sites upon which to warn others of this company and organizations I can submit complaints to so that no one else has to get ripped off by them. There are lots of companies that provide similar services as those offered by this company. I suggest you try ANY of those first and avoid this company and its affiliates.

If they were legit as the rep tries to say here they certainly would have thought the wiser of trying to strong arm the CEO of a company looking for transportation resources in their service area. Not only did their rudeness and abusive attitude cost them this sale, it cost them all future business. They aren't just bad, they're stupid.
