Correctional Billings/EvercomCorrectional Billings On Behalf Of Evercom Systems ripoff and overbilling calls being cut off in reaching them having my phone blocked Ripoff Texas Nationwide

I had to use this service since 2003.The charges that have occurred is outrageous.They(the company) have such an advantage on the families out there who just want to hear from their loved ones.It's one thing that our loved ones are locked up--Why do both sides have to suffer. At first i would have to go and put money on my account and then call them.Now it's not being done like that anymore. You would still have to put money on it but only through pre-paid you're lucky to get the call;eventhough I have been paying my Verizon Bill and their portion of that bill goes to them. Verizon tells me they send them their portion right away whereas Correctional they have not received anything.I am more parial to Verizon than Correctional.The billings compant need to stop taking too much control over situations like this.They need to be reported and pay the consequences for this so that no one else would have to go through this.
