These two companys have charged my debit card three different times. please someone help me find some way to get my money back into my bank account.

I have e-mailed them over and over but with no resultes.
Iknow they get ny mail because it is not returned to me
please help me to find themm somehow.

I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to loose this,PLEASE HELP
