I received "YOU ARE OFFICALLY SWORN TO SECRECY ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL" document (looked very official) that goes on that I have a "confirmed prize over $3,3341,006.00" and may be a day I'll remember for the rest of my life. They request $20 for report-release fee. I read the fine print over and over, because, it all looked so official. I just didn't undestand why $20 if I won!? I think they should have to pay since they "absolutely confirmed" this amount.
