MWI Homeworks Plus ripoff waiting to see what happens with a refund Omaha Internet

I have called the phone numbers given through the postings as well as that given by my bank. I have called 1-888-681-7216 and 1-877-836-6903 and 1-800-962-4106 all of which are affiliated with the parent MWI.

In the first 2 phone calls I complained of wanting to discontinue membership and was told that there was something wrong with their computer system and they were unable to access my account information. I should call back in 2 hours where they hoped to have the problem resolved by then.

On the 3rd phone call, I inquired to the member number of my account and was given that information right away. How can my account number information be given if there is something wrong with the computer that makes my information inaccessible?

I am going to wait my two hours and call back and see about that refund. I was charged last month and experienced an overdraft fee on my checking account. I have just looked at my on-line banking account and found a hold placed for this month once again. When I explained this information in the 2nd call, the lady I spoke with Niki #16400 said to reexplain this when I call back in two hours and they may be able to help with that fee as well....I will wait and see...after reading other posts here, I am not going to hold my breath while I wait, I have 3 young children ages 7, 6 and 3 who still need me.
