Cosmetique is Citicard part of fraud? cancelled original card Dec. 08; replaced Jan.09; Feb of 09 more of same charges; CitCard is saying I must recontact Cosmetique to cancel again & get credit for Citicard; Cosmetique has been doing this long time, bad reports no effect, is Citi card part of fraud?
