I purchased land and a villa that was to be completed in June of 2012. Costa Developers never started any construction and refuse to return my money. I have a pending civil and penal law suit against Costa Developers and Arnaldo Bonilla. According to the contract, the land they sold me was not owned by them, thus the penal law suit. Arnaldo Bonilla has been issued a subpoena by the civil judge in San Jose, Costa Rica. The penal case has been sent to the judge in Jaco, Costa Rica and is currently being reviewed.
