Cottman Transmission Ripoff bad business practices Baton Rouge Louisiana

I took my car in Cottman's technican to look at. I got the results back, and the results were not good. I had to pay out a large sum of money to Cottman. When I finally got my car after they lied and said it would be repaired quicker than I got it back, I had to take it back in three times within the same week.

Cottman's technicians had not done a good job of analyzing the problem. After about a month of driving my car it broke down again in another state about one hundred and twenty miles from the shop. It was ninety miles from the nearest Cottman's transmission plant.

Mitch the owner of the shop went out of his way to tell me that I would have to make preparation to have my car towed back in to them, which i do not think is fair. He said, "I would have to pay the whole price for the towing." I feel like if they warranted their work, they should be the ones that come and get it. It should not matter where my car breaks down at.

If you can avoid taking your car in to Cottman Transmission in Baton Rouge I would. There work is not that good
